Riverside Theatre Works will open its 30th anniversary season with “Cat on a Hot Tin Roof” by Tennessee Williams, directed by Jeff Kubiatowicz.
Set against the background of a 1950′s Deep South struggling to hold onto the past, a plantation owner celebrates what he thinks is his cure from cancer on his 65th birthday. This sultry drama explores a family’s internal battle to look truthfully at its own past as shocking secrets are revealed that inform the future.
