Prednisone is a glucocorticoid prodrug that is converted by 11beta-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase in the liver into the active form, prednisolone.[1] It is used to treat certain inflammatory diseases (such as moderate allergic reactions) and (at higher doses) some types of cancer, but has many significant adverse effects.
Lynoral (Ethinyl Estradiol) is used for oral contraceptive pill preparations where it is combined with a synthetic progesterone drug. It is a synthetic estrogen similar to the natural female sex hormone estradiol and ia also used as a natural estrogen supplement when the body's production is low, then it is used to control abnormal bleeding from the uterus, and to treat delayed sexual development in females.

 

Misoprostol is a drug that is used for the prevention of non steroidal anti inflammatory drug (NSAID) induced gastric ulcers, for early abortion, to treat missed miscarriage, and to induce labor. The latter use is controversial in the United States.
Aricept(Donepezil HCl) is a prescription medicine to treat mild, moderate, and severe Alzheimer's disease. Before starting on Aricept 23 mg/day, patients should be on Aricept 10 mg/day for at least 3 months. The starting dose of Aricept is 5 mg/day and can be increased to 10 mg/day after 4–6 weeks.
